Your trusted partner for property management
GPI holds stakes in approximately 20,000 m² of leased real estate in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia through the use of its own capital. Its subsidiaries, whether personally or financially affiliated, identify, develop, plan, and revitalize acquired properties and also provide support in the areas of planning, construction, facility management, administration, and accounting.
GPI seeks out, acquires, and develops residential and commercial rental projects in the aforementioned locations. The group's companies analyze the current condition of the properties, assess potential modifications, and prepare cost estimates for necessary work. In the next phase, architectural designs are created, leading to the submission of all required applications to the local authorities, including the building permit. Through its planning office, GPI prepares the construction documentation, awards the construction or renovation contracts, and oversees their execution. Upon project completion, GPI is responsible for leasing the property (based on current market conditions), as well as for property management, facility management, and accounting.
